Since I did just get married and I love food, I thought I’d share a few pics of some of the food we served.
Passed appetizers: Spinach cakes, Ahi on cucumber, potato pancake with smoked salmon, and skewered pork (can’t remember sauce).
We don’t have any pictures of our actual meal, but here’s a picture of the menu.
We really wanted fun but delicious food – not your typical wedding fare. The fried chicken and shrimp were a perfect solution and people loved it!
I’m obessed with olive oil, so I made sure every table had flavored olive oil with some really great bread – doesn’t get any better.
These however were the real showstopper. At the end of the night we had mini hamburgers and crab cake sandwiches! If you’re thinking about adding an end of the night snack – go for it! People love them!
